Private Users

For Use By An Individual Family Unit
You will be able to download and use any ofCraftsN'Graphics.Com and web sets from our web on to your computer. You may use them for anything personal and for your Family’s personal web pages, personal related desktop publishing projects, and you may place them onto something your family makes and sells for their personal profit… as long as you follow the terms of use, seen at bottom of page. Family members outside of your family unit are required to become members of The CraftsN'Graphics.Com. The fee registers an Individual or the family members of the registered member only.

Commercial Users

For Use By An Individual Company:
Intent to generate income off of your site in any way shape or form than you are considered to    be  a commercial site. You will be able to download and use any of The CraftsN'Graphics.Com and web sets from our web on to your computer. You may use them for your business web pages, business related desktop publishing projects, and you may place them on your individual company’s products to sell… as long as you follow the terms of use, seen at bottom of page..    Do you own more then one business? If you plan to use The CraftsN'Graphics.Com for any other business aside from the one that you've registered. You MUST register the name of all of the businesses you own that will useCraftsN'Graphics.Com images by emailing us with the site  URL's a t info@craftsngraphics.com.

Public and Parochial Schools

Public and Parochial Grade Schools, Elementary, Middle and High Schools
Schools may use graphics and web sets for school or classroom web pages, school related desktop publishing projects, notes to parents, worksheets, and they may be placed on products that your school makes and sells for fundraisers… as long as you follow the terms of use, seen at bottom of page.. Do you teach at more then one school? You MUST register the name of the school that will be using The CraftsN'Graphics.Com images by emailing us with the site URL's at info@craftsngraphics.com.

Private, Colleges, Universities, Technical Schools etc

School where any type of fees or tuition are required for enrolment.
Individual school departments may use graphics and web sets for your departments classroom web pages, classroom related desktop publishing projects and they may be placed onto something your department makes and sells for fundraisers… as long as you follow the terms of use, seen at bottom of page. You MUST register the name of the school that will be usingCraftsN'Graphics.Com images by emailing us with the site URL's at info@craftsngraphics.com.

Web Designers

Individual web designers may use graphics and web sets for creating web pages for each designer’s personal profit… as long as you follow the terms of use, seen at bottom of page. To assure that each web designer will not use the same web templates Web Designer MUST register the URL of the site where the web template will be used. The chosen template will then be removed to prevent anyone from using the web template on the internet. There is a one time fee of $10 per web template. Each web template will have the registration and payment link. Web Designers will receive the complete web template along with the required scripts in compressed zip file. One website template per registered site. Website templates cannot be used again for any other website or domain.

ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE

CraftsN'Graphics.Com owns the copyrights to all graphics. Though clients are given the rights to use graphic images for commercial or business use, CraftsN'Graphics.Com still owns the copyrights to all graphics. You cannot claim credit for the graphics. You cannot sell the graphics or install them in collections in any way shape or form and make them available for download or resale for profit. If you wish to register graphic as your business trademark, you must contact CraftsN'Graphics.Com, trademarking graphic without permission is protected by copyright laws and is prohibited as ownership of graphics remains with CraftsN'Graphics.Com.

REQUIRED RULE: All graphics must be saved on members computer. Do not link to any of the images or you will lose your privileges.

Graphics is allowed for use on family friendly sites and products only! That means no adult material whatsoever. Unconditionally no profanity, nudity, racism or hatred sites allowed! Failure to abide by this rule will result in loss of membership and member will be required to delete all saved graphics that has been downloaded.

Product or website graphic use: Members are required to send a message to let CraftsN'Graphics.Com know how the graphics are being used and the URL where it will be installed. This is only required for members using graphics for products and for web sites personal or commercial by emailing us with the site URL's at info@craftsngraphics.com . You must follow terms of use as indicated.

Clients MUST give credit to CraftsN'Graphics.Com as described in the Terms of Use on all products created using images and each web page containing graphics from The CraftsN'Graphics.Com.

Graphic Alteration: Unlike other graphics designer The CraftsN'Graphics.Com graphics can alter the images, resize, create a different composition, use graphics for banners, logo, navigation buttons without fear of repercussion with the exception of website templates. Website templates MUST remain as is and permission to alter is not given except to add text or images to blank graphics provided in each website template set. You must follow terms of use as indicated.

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of allowing members to use graphics for profit, CraftsN'Graphics.Com will not issue any refunds for any portions of purchase.

Your client information will not be shared or traded with any third parties. The collection of your information is to be used only for your purchase.

TERMS OF USE

Providing Credit - This is required for anyone using the images for products and websites personal or commercial.

Product Creation Credit - CraftsN'Graphics.Com requires that the following credit be added on items you make and sell for fundraisers and or personal profit, with the following printed copyright/credit statement on each item.

Web Page or Internet Use - CraftsN'Graphics.Com requires that a link and credit statement be added to each page that will utilize any image garnered from CraftsN'Graphics.Com ith the following information:

Add the following graphic credit link and text to every page that you use the graphic or graphics.

The credit link should not be put at the bottom of your webpage and it should be placed in a visible area. Adding the Credit Link on a page created for credits is not acceptable.

You MUST protect the images by putting a protection script on the webpage that will house the image. You can do this by inserting the following codes:
